Order process
Order process of K-Agriculture provide customer most convenient thorough steps of products ordering:
- Company may provide samples due to customer requirements
- At least 1 ton per order
- K-Agriculture raw products meet the Vietnamese and international standards. Preparing, checking, and delivering products is the company’s responsibility to customers.
- Order status will be updated daily, which serves the customer’s need for product tracking.
K-Agriculture is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer):
- The company has the duty to provide products according to customer requirements, including: specification, package, delivery, composition.
- K-Agriculture’s duty is to provide images and make calls daily to customers to track the product status.
- Product delivery happens only when all the requirement be confirm officially
- The order will be wholly checked before delivering.

Order under 20.000 USD with contract
Wire transfer form
Several information is required:
- Swift code
- Bank account number
- Name: Recipient’s name
- Phone number
- Address
Note:

- With Wire Transfer, money currency unifies in the form of USD.
- Transfer fee: 30 – 50 USD (depend on the amount of money)

- Personal information of sender, recipient, passport number, contact information and legal purpose of money transfer are necessary.
- Provide the money transfer code for K-Agriculture to close the transaction.

- Convenient and quick money transfer procedure
- Customers may add a bank account, credit and debit card to pay for the order.
Other 3 party
- Partners can be intermediaries who represent customers for payment to pay the bill for with authentic identification for K-Agriculture.

- Commercial representative is enforced by Clause 11, Article 3 of Vietnamese Commercial Law 2005 and Anglo-American law.

Customers need to commit the payment condition from a financial institution (bank).

- Submit evidence of company fulfillment of quality products and or service within certain period of time regulated in L/C
